How much to pay all in all?
Sum
=
Ticket fees
+ Ticket commission (=Ticket fees x 20%)*
(+ 300 JPY if we are required to go issue a ticket at combini)**
(+ 360 JPY in case of mailing)***
+ PayPal commission 4%****
+ PayPal commission 0~4%*****
*Minimum of ticket commission is 1,000 JPY. Maximum is 3,000 JPY.
**I.e. when we need to go to the combini and issue the ticket.
**² Issuing fee is 300 JPY per order, no matter how many tickets to issue.
***If we don't mail your ticket (i.e. when booking a hotel or something), of course you won't be charged for mailing. But if there's any ticket, we always send it and charge you for mailing. We don't hand it in person.
***² Mailing fee is 360 JPY, no matter how many tickets.
***³ We mail tickets to addresses in Japan only, not any other countries.
****This PayPal commission is what PayPal charges us (recipient) when receiving. And we kindly ask you to pay it for us. It's not exactly 4% but almost and a little complicated to calculate precisely. Please understand that we set it to 4% to keep things easy.
*****This PayPal commission is what PayPal charges you (payer) when paying internationally, which directly goes to PayPal, not to us. But if you have your Japanese bank/creditcard registered on PayPal, it may be free of charge as our registered bank is also Japanese. If not, it seems to be 2.5% ~ 4.0% in most cases. For details, please check the PayPal website of your country.
Also be informed that
-we start arrangement upon your payment being confirmed, not before.
-in case we are unable to arrange your ticket, we will refund all the fees that you paid us.
-for any kind of order you would like to ask for, we only book something that we can book with the phone or the internet. We don't deal with anything that would require us to go somewhere and make a queue. (As before-mentioned, we can issue tickets at combini, though.)
Looking forward to your inquiry, question or whatsoever.

How much YOU pay all in all
Sum =
Ticket price
+ *
(+ 500 JPY if we need to go to convenience store)**
(+ Mailing fees in case of mailing)***
+ PayPal fee 5%****
* We charge separate service fees for separate shows, even if the shows are by the same artist.
** 500 JPY per go, no matter how many tickets.
*** If we don't mail your ticket (i.e. you pick up your ticket, etc), of course you won't be charged for mailing. But if we need to send your ticket we will charge you for mailing. We don't hand it in person.
***² We mail tickets to addresses in Japan or other countries, but keep in mind that we won't be responsible for your ticket once we send off. Honestly we don't put our utter faith in some countries' postal services, whereas Japan's domestic postal services are 99.9% safe (alas, Japan supremacy). We could also keep your ticket and wait to send to your accommodation in Japan if you tell us to, for example until you land in Japan.
***³ Mailing fee within Japan is fixed to 370 JPY, no matter how many tickets (unless hundreds). The mailing service we use within Japan is Letter Pack Light (picture below). This way, you get your tickets delivered into your letter box and you don't have to be waiting at home on your tickets. And yes, you and we can both track down your tickets' whereabouts anytime online by visiting here the Japan Post website.
**** This PayPal fee is what PayPal charges us (Ticket Japaaan, recipient) when receiving money from you, and we kindly ask you to pay it to us. It's not exactly 5% but almost, and a little complicated to calculate precisely. Please understand that we set it to 5% to keep things easy.
Also be informed:
- We start booking/arrangement upon your payment being confirmed, not before.
- Official ticketing (official lotteries & sales): In case we are unable to arrange your tickets the official way, we will refund all the money that you paid us, excluding 50% of our service fee and the PayPal 5% fee (because we don't get the PayPal fee refunded from PayPal at all, either).
- Resale tickets: In case we are unable to arrange your tickets, we will refund all the money that you paid us, including our service fee but excluding the PayPal 5% fee.
- We always try our best to have your name on your tickets, and basically it's successfully done. However, we cannot guarantee that we are able to do so always - sadly in some cases, especially with resale tickets, it's not possible. In the event where there is or will be any name than yours on your tickets, we will attach a small note to your tickets saying "I, *our name*, bought these tickets solely for my friend *your name*, not for the resale purpose. Please kindly let this friend of mine in and enjoy the event" so that you can show it to the venue staff if needed. This way, so far, all the customers of ours who had to show it have successfully been let in. (In case you are picking up your tickets from a convenient store yourself, this small note will have to be digital; handwritten by us and sent to you via email.) But we will still not be responsible or make a refund in case they don't let you into the venue. That said, if we find it risky for you, we always advise before your payment.
- For any kind of order, we only get tickets that we can online. We don't accommodate anything that would require us to go somewhere and make a queue. (As before-mentioned, we do go to convenience stores to pick up tickets, though.)
- Not to mention, we Ticket Japaan will never misuse any information about you nor give it to anyone else.
Looking forward to your order, question, whatsoever!
